Courgette Boat with carrot flowers -Create n Carve ~Fruit and Vegetable

This boat is carved from a courgette/zuccini, it is an easy vegetable to carve as its very soft. A rose is carved at the front of the boat and it is filled with simple one layer carrot flowers and zuccini leaves. It makes a pretty centre piece for a dinner table or salad garnish.

Fruit and vegetable carving  can produce really pretty garnishes and simple decorations. It does not need any specialist tools , just a simple sharp knife.
