Our visit to South India concludes our culinary journey around India.  We had an amazing time visiting different regions  such as Gujarat, Bengal, Maharastra, Goa, Rajasthan and  Punjab and sampling over an amazing 900 regional dishes created and sent by all the wonderful blogger participants who travelled with me.

This "Flavours of" series 1 India event was so well received that we are packing our bags, aprons and of course our chefs hats and continuing our journey into "Flavours of" series 2  Asia. Our 1st stop is in Indonesia so do drop by the guest host Hrishi's blog to participate. Hrishi has a wonderful space with both veg and no veg dishes and he is a wonderful  cook judging by his blog content. It would be wonderful if all of you can support him in this event by sending in entries.

The response for sharing  this culinary journey has been astounding and  1 have had many requests for guest Hosting the Flavour of series 2. I am pleased that most of the events have been allocated guest hosts although Flavours of Russia is still available for hosting if anyone is interested. Do drop me a line.Happy Cooking and blogging and many thanks for your support.
