Method:
1. Peel and cut the potato into 4 quaters lengthwise.
This potato sabji is dry and an ideal side dish accompaniment with dhals and kadhi.

Everyone knows how to make a potato sabji. although the method of preparation may differ somewhat but it is the most common sabji taken all over India
