  14. Tomato and vegetable sauce is one of our favourites and we had it last night. I've never made it with passata though.

  16. I love cooking a base tomato sauce - finely chopped onions, garlic, herbs, and passata, maybe a dash of worcestershire sauce, and a teaspoon of sugar. Then I cut up red onion, peppers and courgette into larger chunks, flash-fry on a high heat to get colour and keep the bite, and chuck 'em in with the finished sauce. Delish! Nothing beats home-cooked.

  17. Lovely sauce - similar to something my spouse makes several times each summer. We're fortunate enough to be able to grow our own veggies. Your sauce is healthy, and sounds delicious. Alana visiting from UBC.
