Cheats Chocolate Mousse

Cheats Chocolate Mousse

This simple and healthy three ingredient Cheats Chocolate Mousse is the perfect dessert to fulfil that sweet craving with out feeling guilty. Rich , creamy and delectable one spoonful will leave you wanting more.
Prep time: 5 MChill time:1 hour Total time: 1Hr 5 M

Ingredients:

  • 2 overripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup(optional)
  • 4 cherries for garnish.

Instructions:

How to cook Cheats Chocolate Mousse

  1.  Peel the bananas and cut them into chunks and place them on a tray in the freezer overnight.
  2. The next day place the frozen bananas, cocoa and honey in the Optimum 9400 blend on a low speed , increasing it to fast for 60 seconds.
  3.  Spoon the mixture into shot glasses and serve immediately or chill and serve later.Garnish with cherries.

  2. I love this recipe, I usually add a little almond milk when I make it, but it's great, it's like ice cream that's super good for you!
